My name is Suzanne, I am an expat living in the north of Aarhus. I have experience giving over 60 bodywork treatments. I will complete my degree as a Totum Bodywork therapist in August 2025. During my busy consulting career I have regularly resorted to massage, thai yoga massage and bodywork as a form of selfcare. In my experience bodywork has allowed me to reconnect my body and mind, calmed my nervous system and find more balance.

An hour of bodywork with Suz is a pure gift to your entire nervous system.
It’s fascinating to understand how „things“ get stored in the body and that the best selfcare to practice is to literally work with your body and breath. Suz is a wonderful guide for this, skilfully spotting tensions and themes throughout the body and releasing them with great care🙏🏽

I have tried tons of different treatment methods and have a new favorite after trying bodywork with Suz!
